A Big Oppurtunity to Witness: Demonstration of Interns

February 18,2010 the alloted time for the general demonstration of Interns at Canda Ilaya Elementary School, it seems that all of us the observers are very excited that's why we arrived at Canda Ilaya earlier. We're there to witness the demonstration of Interns. That was a big oppurtunity for us to observe how the teacher taught the pupils using different strategies. I witness two Interns who performed their lesson. Ther are few things that I observed. Interns had many visual aids that caught the attention of the pupils, but the problem was there are times taht the visual are not appropriate for the lesson and may confused the pupils which are grade 1. They are also a good story teller, also they had good techniques in asking questions, that's why pupils able to answer it correctly. They had patience in dealing with the children. But there are times that pupils are not interested on what they talking about but they ignore it because there are students who participated. I can say that still there are few things to improved in teaching learning process.
I can say that in the field there are responsible enough how to contribute knowledge using different strategies, techniques and method from their experiences.
